Stripe is not configured. Add STRIPE_SECRET_KEY to enable real payouts.
PaymentReference processed by Stripe is recorded in the ClaimLine of the SettlementClaim. PaymentReference ≠ RevenueFlow — external IDs cannot be used as canonical revenue identity proof.
